Ambuja Indian Brasserie will make an instant and lasting impression on you. Elegant and refined with a contemporary design and modern appeal. Ambuja is a Hindu word representing the Bangladeshi national emblem lotus flower and the restaurant prides itself on creating a new and vibrant interpretation of Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine.
Grand Master chef, Mr Ali has cooked at some of the finest Indian restaurants and believes, food needs constant change to maintain the interest and passion of diners. That was the inspiration behind the design of his new menu, as he has created a selection of unique and unusual dishes and partnered them with many classical favourites, prepared using traditional techniques. The result is a menu that is a rich accumulation of authentic Indian recipes evolved to incorporate the modern culinary arts.
The restaurant is well appointed with a strikingly attractive red, cream and black décor and oak floor. Red leather booth seating with black trellis work creates a comfortable and private dining experience and tables are covered with crisp white linen, candles and quality cutlery while the leather bound menus create an added air of exclusivity. Ambuja promises to provide an efficient, courteous and friendly service as near to perfection as possible.
Note: We are the only Indian Brasserie in the North West to sell the “monster” size Chingri (King prawns), sourced direct from Bangladesh
